Im 20yrs old, 5' 10", 206lbs, and about 14%bf. I was wondering what you thought of my new diet for the summer. Im wanting to get down to 10%-9% bf and any advice is much respected and apprectiated.
meal 1 - 4 egg whites, 1 cup brown rice, apple, 1 scoop whey,
meal 2 - lean protein (40g), 1 scoop whey, 1 tbsp PB, Vit. C
meal 3 - lean protein (40g), 2 cup green beans, 1 tbsp PB, Vit. C
pwo - (shake) 2 scoop whey, 1 cup oats, 1 apple
ppwo - lean protein (40g), 1 cup oats, 2 cup broccoli
meal 6 (pre bed) 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp flax oil
