    experts advice needed on cutting diet!!!!!

    Im 20yrs old, 5' 10", 206lbs, and about 14%bf. I was wondering what you thought of my new diet for the summer. Im wanting to get down to 10%-9% bf and any advice is much respected and apprectiated.

    meal 1 - 4 egg whites, 1 cup brown rice, apple, 1 scoop whey,

    meal 2 - lean protein (40g), 1 scoop whey, 1 tbsp PB, Vit. C

    meal 3 - lean protein (40g), 2 cup green beans, 1 tbsp PB, Vit. C

    pwo - (shake) 2 scoop whey, 1 cup oats, 1 apple

    ppwo - lean protein (40g), 1 cup oats, 2 cup broccoli

    meal 6 (pre bed) 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp flax oil

    Totals: Cal-2930, Pro-308, Carb-245, Fat-84

    Post your macros per meal. You total macros dont look to bad. What is "lean protein"? Ease off on the whey.

    what i mean by lean protein is just 40g of protein, either a 5 oz. chicken breast, tuna, chicken in a can, or turkey deli meat. I think i will cutt out the whey in meal 2. Is this enough to cutt out? And on off days is it ok to eat no carbs?

    Here is my macros for each meal!!!

    meal 1 - cal (491) pro (42g) carbs (72g) fat (3.5g)
    meal 2 - cal (324) pro (47g) carbs (3g) fat (13g)
    meal 3 - cal (392) pro (51g) carbs (19) fat (13g)
    pwo - cal (601) pro (56g) carbs (79g) fat (9g)
    ppwo - cal (569) pro (57g) carbs (61) fat (11g)
    meal 6 - cal (544) pro (47g) carbs (12g) fat (27g)
