What can I expect by adding Amino tablets to my diet?
I just purchased a supply of them but I really honestly don't understand them really. Do they work hand in hand with my protein consumption?

yes. i take mine 1st thing in the morning. before and after training.
i think your suppose to take them on a empty stomach, which is kinda hard for me.

To save money and for conveince, just take them before you workout, like right before. then use whatever weightgainer or protien you bought pwo.
as far as am pm anytime, yeah you can take them if you want but you should be pounding whole food protein anyway.

^^ well you just learned rule #1. and thats never listen to "that guy" at the gym or behind the counter at gnc.
your really going to get the best gains focusing on your diet, which you are, use the BCAA's up then forget about them for awhile.

Waste of money. Sorry to say but they are useless. Think about it, tabs aer just compressed powder. Amino acids make up protein, so all these companies are doing is taking protien (say whey for example) taking some powder and compressing it into pills. So great, you take 3 tabs and get what...3 grams of protein? What a joke.
Certain amino's are usefull as stand alones, leucine, valine, iso-leucine, arginine, glutamine etc...
Bottom line is amino tabs are a waste of money, same with BCAA tabs.

If you bought them at GNC or something just take them back and say they suck and they'll refund your money.

BCAA powder used at specific times can be very effective IMO. pre- post WO and cadio. I Also add it to any meals around slin shots.
