Mustard and Bread Quickie?
In looking at some items, i.e. bread and mustard come to mind.
if there is HFCS listed say in the 3 or 4th ingredient but only
1g of sugar, would this mean it's a product that should be nixed?
Even if the entire serviing is 60 cals or less? I'm not fine picking, just want the most
ideal food….etc.
Also, bread. What is the good bread aside from stone ground, or 100% whole wheat?
I know we don’t want "bleached" or enriched, but what is it's 100% unbleached enriched
whole wheat bread…is this just fake white bread?

I don't eat bread...
What's bad about bread tho is the lignan content. The lignans in bread are estrogenic. The bloating or 'soft look' that most get after eating bread is due to their estrogenic effect.
As we well know, estrogens/(active) phyto-estrogens in males cause female-pattern fat ***osition.
So males really should limit bread intake.

if you went to w=one of those all organic stores that have all kinds of breads and crakers, what kind would you get? Ingredient wise. I mean they have gluten free, etc.....you name it.......one made with what type of ingredients? Sort of like fake bread, but something to satisfy the crunch for toast and eggs....

Faiz - Lin. is in many many products, including efas, nuts, seeds, and breads....so if breads are a recipe for the soft look, there has to be a type of bread of cracker that doesnt have wheat and can be sed as a "crnchy" substitute......Maybe one of those wheetabix? What about spelt?
