    Bread alternative???

So you are looking for something, comparable to toast in the morning with eggs, but have decided breads contain lineol, and cause the watery bloated look in some athletes....is there an alternative? Wheetabix? Spelt? What can be used, toasted, as the "crunch" aka toast with eggs.....thoughts?

It's only 2 pieces a day and it's first meal of the day....so unbleached enriched whole wheat is prob. adequate at restoring gly.

If you want something crunchy go get some cereal. Perhaps Ezekiel cereal. But just wait till I get your diet to you. Stop sweating the small stuff, adding some water weight is the last thing you need to worry about right now Columbus. Eat some whole grain toast in the morning if you want, who cares really right now. I mean if you insulin is gonna go up at any time besides PWO the morning would be the next best time so if you really want toast that bad than eat it. Otherwise wait for me to email you.
