This is my bulking diet Guy's at the moment. Just thought I would post it to see what you Guy's think as I am always looking for advice. It is pretty basic but it is one that I feel comfortable with. So I am 25 years old, 6 ft 4 ins and starting off at 220lbs. my diet is as follows-
6.00am 300g fresh prawns 46g pro,3g carb,1g fat
100g oates 11g pro,60g carb, 8g fat
8.00am 1 weightgain drink containing 580 calories
9.00am 300g fresh prawns 46g pro,3g carb,1g fat
60ml full fat mayo 0g pro,0g carb,44g fat
12.00am 300g fresh prawns 46g pro,3g carb,1g fat
100g w/pasta 14g pro,60g carb,3g fat
4.00pm 1 whey shake 48g pro,3g carb,1g fat
2 t/b flax oil
5.30pm 250g chicken 54g pro,0g carb,7g fat
75g b/rice 5g pro,55g carb,2g fat
1 bowl mixed veg
7.00pm workout
8.30pm 1 whey shake 48g pro,3g carb,1g fat
100g waxy maize starch 90g carb
9.00pm 300g fresh prawns 46g pro,3g carb,1g fat
100g oates 11g pro,60g carb, 8g fat
10.30pm 250g c/cheese 27g pro,7g carb,12g fat
75g almonds 42g fat,15g carb
