So far making very good progress. I'm doing cardio at 3.5-3.7mph everyday for an hour and eating around 2,000 calories a day and my strength just keeps going up every week. Could I add another hour of cardio in everyday so total of 2 hours of cardio but not at the same time of course. Like doing the usual one I do every morning and then maybe at night do another or am I just going to over do it? Each cardio session I burn about 350 calories.
