    Hows this for a fat source...

    Im thinking about dipping veggies in it.

    2 TBSP Cal 120
    Total Fat 12
    Sat fat 1g
    Polyunsat 3.5g
    Monounsat 7g

    Sodium 220mg
    Sugar 2

    Made of canola oil, cultered buttermilk, water, jalapeno peppers, smaller stuff.

    looks good only 1g of sat fat. the other fats are good for you.

    Correct proportions of saturated fats are good for you also.

    Seems to alright, although there are better fat sources w/o sugars.

    its called Litehouse Jalapeno Ranch. it tastes gooood but it was some of the more expensive stuff

    Limit your intake of carrots, they are high in sugar, youd have to eat alot of them but it adds up pretty fast.....

    yea i only have 2 full ones...10g sugar total.
