im around 265-270 at 18 percent 6 foot tall have allways dirty bulked and i would like some help with a better diet or a cutting diet my diet now consists
1st meal - 2 packets of oatmeal,1.5 cans of tuna pwo meal
2nd meal - 1 lb grilled chicken with sweet potatoe
3rd meal- salad with fat free dressing ,romain and half lb of grilled chicken.
4th meal-whey shake whole milk
5th meal-2 cans of tuna 1tbsp olive oil
6th meal-whey shake 1tbsp peanut butter
i know its probably terrible but its much better than i have previously done ive allways had a fast metabolism and been able to eat what i wanted but its catching up to me. any help
