Is there an alternative for oatmeal ? Does anyone have other suggestions for breakfast? Should I stay away from instant oatmeal ?

they would work great for your PPWO nutrition... as would brown rice.... those two right there work together quite well at anytime of the day in my opinion

I fvcking love oatmeal. Throw in a little bit of whey and it tastes just as good as the sugary packaged kind. I even use a little in my pwo shake too.

I dig it too, the only problem is I end up eating too much oats if I have some no sugar added jam on hand, etc.

Dextrose over oats for pwo tastes great too.

I'm sticking to rice for now due to my oat addiction.
