q for rambo (or anyone who can help)

in rambo's cutting diet there is a statement that says "fruit replenishes glycogen stores in the liver , so they should not be a staple of a cutting diet". so i have been and bought all the things i need to start this diet, but when i got the carbs for my pwo, (50% dextrose, 50% maltodextrin) it actually says on the tub that this is exactly what it does. now, i am a little confused, do i need to replenish glycogen or not?
    please help on this matter
    cheers lads

What he menas by that is that fruit can be utilized in a cutting diet in the right spots but that it should not be a huge portion of your diet (IE: Do not have it spread out throughtout the day).

For example, eating an apple 30min before weight training is a good time to include this fruit and many do.

As far as the Dex, that is meant to restore glycogen in the muscle while the fruit is meant to restore glycogen in the liver.

You also need to study a bit more, just reading the cutting stickie is good but you need to have a better understanding of the foods and what they do. The cutting stickie is a basic guideline, not a strict "only do it this way" approach.

You will find that somethings work better for you than others, you might be sensitive to carbs while the next guy can slam them all day and not be negatively affected.
