    Avocado....

Would anyone incorporate this in their diet? If you mix avocado and tuna together it is pretty good with a little salt and pepper. Here is the nutr. info.:

yeah, deff, avocado is very heart freindly, very cal dense as you can see but with tuna would be pretty good in right amounts.

some will "nit-pick" and say dont mix with carbs which is up to you. but very good and healthy...

it is high in fats but its mostly om e ga 3 fats (I think)

    ^^Agreed.

Tuna and avacado is a great meal. Also, I like to make up a spinach, avacado, and chicken salad.

Most of the fats are monounsats....full of fibre, also. Obviously the amount used would have to properly fit into daily macro nutrients.

great healthy addition to your diet if used as one of your sources of EFAs. I use reguarly as well as nuts, seeds, olives, and flax oil/fish oil. A selection of fat sources should be used as they all contain different nutrients and minerals ect.
