Alright I posted my pics in the members section trying to burn fat off the gut. Im a powerlifter not a BB so I know why my stomach is the way it is. Just getting tired of the way it looks..
Here is what I ate today.
Morning. 4 pcs toast w/jam. ( I just like toast in the morning).
followed by a protein shake.
6 oz of chicken in a salad. very light dressing.
1 can of tuna/ with pickle relish and a bit of mayo on bread.
some red beans and rice.
after the gym had another protein shake.
8oz chicken in a salad with light dressing.
1 can of tuna w/ pickle relish. no bread.
I know its not alot. Im trying to revamp my diet. According to fitday, I was consuming between 4,000 and 4700 calories a day. My intake was all screwed up. Something like 62% carbs, 20% protein 12% fat. Something like that.. I am a HUGE sucker for carbs. I can eat pasta until there isnt anymore. Thats why I decided to make a change and didnt eat a whole lot today..
