Any females out there with good cutting diets?
My gf wants to go on a cutting diet, nothing too extreme. I was planning on using the Harris Benedict Equation to get calories for maintainance multiplied by her activity factor and then I wanted to find out a good percentage of Proteins, Fats and Carbs for females. thank you
