Diet critiquing on Oxandrin (Anavar) for a female
I am a 24 year old female. I am 5"4 and just weighed myself at 125. I am very active. I need help critiquing a perfect diet on 10 mg Oxandrin (Anavar ). The Oxandrin is pharmacy purchased and is the real thing! It would be helpful to know how much protein, carbs, and fat I should be taking in and what would be a suitable diet. Also, on days that I dont do cardio, it would be helpful to know if I drop the amount of carbs.
I also enjoy and am taking spinning classes. How much is too much? How much cardio would be appropriate without burning muscle mass?
