Hey fellas
Well in a couple weeks ill be starting to do some framing and finish carpentry (baseboards and shit) nothing really heavy or hard. However you do sweat a lot and theyre long 8 hour days in the sun. Ill be only working 4 days a week from 7-3. Whats the best way to do this physicaly demanding job and still be able to have the energy and calories in you to bodybuild without loosing too much weight and muscle? Hows this sound for packing my lunch.
Every morning before i leave ill have my usual 8 egg whites a shake and oatmeal.
My work lunch to keep calories in me from 7-3 will be HALF of a whole cooked chicken, huge bowl (like serves 4 ppl) of macaroni salad with some potatoes ill prepare night before. Ill also be bringing 3 meal replacement shakes to have in between, each with 350 calories and lotsa protein carbs ect.
Think ill be fine? Hows that sound? Any ideas or suggestions?
THANKS GUYS![]()
