    sugar

    okay im starting a diet soon and was wondering how much sugar you guys take in?

    wow, talk about random,

    I guess as far as purposely usiing sugar it would be like 24 grams in the am with my oats, I use a couple of teaspoons with my oatmeal shake,

    now that I think about it its probly like 48 grams, which is pretty absurd but I can get away with it.

    60-120 grams with my pwo shake when I utilize dextrose, the sugar in an apple and the sugar in vegetables. That's it.

    okay....do you eat whole wheat bread because thats got sugar do they make sugar free whole wheat bread?

    like any kind of sugar whats you average intake for a day on a lean mass diet

    I don't eat bread while cutting and if I do, it's when I'm bulking so sugar isn't as much of an issue to me.

    only sugar i eat is with my oats and that is hardly any, also bananas pre and post workout
