How much calories should take a day?

    hey folks,
I'm on my serious stack ever, test e and deca at 500mg and 400 a week . I have been working out extensively for the past 3 wks, strenght is thru the roof, however, I frequently gets hungrier, I guess because I'm burning more calories during workout. And my food budget is kindna tight, so I had to economize, to save up for rent and insurance, etc But anways, I need to budget well, and to pay off my credit cards bills on time. To do that, I figure I need to know on average how much colories do a I need a day to ensure I reached my maximum genetic bulking level? I have dropped down few pounds contrary to my "gaining" ambitions from 221 to 212 Ibs. I know I need to eat right if I'm to reach 270 Ibs with definitions off-course.

    Any compliment will appreciated.

You need to calculate it, using Harris-Benedict formula or the other is using the Katch-McArdle Formula. Its very simple just plug in your info.

well, i don't have any compliments for you, but i do have a comment.

Find out what your BMR is and remember that one pound of muscle is equivelant to 3500 calories... Divide that among a seven day week and you get an extra 500 calories per day you need to be eating to add one pound... easy enough huh? 2 lbs per week will be an extra 1000 calories daily. Anyways, check the bulking sticky at the top of the main diet forum page to find your basal metabolic rate. Good Luck hombre, yuo got lots to do
