    Help on Cutting Diet/Pre Competition

    Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks again fellas.


    Im 5'10, 195lbs, approximately 18% body fat.

    Meal 2 (Noon)

    1 Tbsp Flax….120cal...0g pro....0g carb....13g fat

    Meal 3 (Pre Workout) (3:00)

    Heres another CUTTIN DIET I was thinking about


    Meal 1:
    6 egg whites (xtra large)
    1 cup of brown rice
    8 oz. cantalope



    Meal 2:
    Whey protein shake
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/2 banana
    1 Tbsp flax oil



    Meal 3:
    8 oz. grilled chicked
    1 sweet potato



    Meal 4 (PWO):
    Whey protein shake
    5 grams of glutamine
    1 Tbsp flax oil



    Meal 5:
    8 oz. flank steak/filet mignon
    1 cup of greens



    Meal 6: (Pre Bed)
    Whey protein shake
    5 grams of glutamine

    quick question is this diet .... for work out days ..... whats you off day diet look like .... ?


    the reason I am asking is because of all the shakes... you have 3 shakes instead of meals........ on no work out days im assuming you will cut carbs alittle and delete that shake for some real food.... for meal 4....

    Im lifiting 5 times a week.

    I posted two diets. The 2nd one is the one that has more shakes.

    I was given these two diets and am trying to figure out which one would be more appropriate. Or maybe I should combine something from 1 diet to the other.


    I was told cut my carbs in half on my non lifitng days.
