My PWO concoction, what do u guys think?

Would this post workout mix help me bulk clean and lean

-Half of serving of Vitargo CGL Creatine Glycogen Loader (sugar free)= which contains 5g of creatine monohydrate and 30g Vitargo(hence 30g of carbohydrates)

-Half of serving of Ultra Fuel = which contains 50g of total carbohydatres
(17 g of it being sugar)

I take this immedietly after work out and take my whey protein shake about an half hour later

The reason i came up with this is that ultra fuel provides some simple and complex carbs and virtargo is another form of carbs that is sugar free which contains creatine and shuttles it into your muscles.

Everyone is different/very particular with PWO nutrition; however, I will give my feeling on this.

I would add the whey to the carbohydrates. Many professionals attest that adding proteint to a carbohydrate drink can increase insulin concentrations more than the carbs alone- synergistic tendencies...

This is just one "take" on the issue....insulin response PWO is so subjective and has been beaten to death in past threads....It really ***ends on how your body responds, bro. If it were me, and i was taking in a PWO shake, I would have both at once. I'd want the glycogen replenishment and protein balance..

The reason i wait a little after my carb drink is that it contains creatine, if I take the protein shake with it wouldnt creatine and protein compete for absorbtion, i was waiting a little so creatine can be absorbed a little before i take my protein, does that seem logical?
