    Have a look at this

    Ive got a new diet agian as my other ne wernt getting me anywhere.

    9.00 3 egg omelet, 4 pices of whole wheat toast and a pint of milk

    12.00 200g oats and 8 egg whites

    3.00 150g brown rice, fish and veg

    5.00 weight gain shake

    6-7.30 train

    8.00- jacket potatoe and 200g chicken breast

    10-30 200g cottage cheese

    well w/o any proper backing (i.e. stats/goals) and w/o any macro's im not really sure what that diet will do for you

    If you want to bulk..looks weak to me.

    But, I really can't give you an informed comment...you need to post your macro nutrients & kcals, as tai said.

    its around 200g of protein, 300g carbs and 3000 calories

    add some more eggs in your first meal, milk bloats me so you may want to drop it. also have a shake after you train
