The three 'main' meals made up in my 5-7 smaller a day, are made up of anywhere between 1/4, 1/4, 1/2 pound of meat.
I usually either go:
1/4 pd chicken
1/4 pd tuna
1/2 pd chicken
or the opposite:
1/4 pd tuna
1/4pd chicken
1/2 pd tuna
Because I enjoy Tuna more then chicken, and the cost difference, is that okay?
