    Starvation

    Gys;
What will happen if I don't eat at all?
Only a protein shake after workout and creatine (5-7gr /day) ; complete vitamins pill (the list is long) for men.
Will I lose all of my fat ? (i'm 24% if I believe my electronic scale)

I drink 1.5 Liters of water dayly also.

Are you serious? You will have no energy, lose any muscle mass you have, not be able to function efficiently - an unbelievably stupid idea altogether.

Look at the cutting sticky and construct a diet and take the fat off the real way like a man instead of looking for easy ways out.

Stop being such a lazy ass. If you want to change your life then change your life but do it properly. Not drug consumption and starvation. Do cardio every morning for an hour on an empty stomach. Try that for two months straight after constructing a diet and see how much weight you've lost.

PS - Why are you taking creatine when you're trying to lose weight? All that will do is add water weight.

Hey newb Im going to post here as poeple have dies doing this.To understand a starvation diet we need to look at what we are doing to our body when if we decide not to eat at all for a few days. First of all our bodies will think that we are just between meals and our body will start to use up blood sugar and then start burning up carbs until they are gone. Once we have run out of carbs our body should use fat and muscle tissue for energy but instead will start to lower our metabolism in a fight to protect our bodies…this is the starvation phase. Eventually if we did not eat our bodies would start to burn off our fat and muscle and our metabolism would slow to a point where we would become very lethargic and our organs would start to slow down and eventually shut down and we would die. There are not many people that would go this far bad as we see in people with bulimia this definitely does happen sometimes.

It'll add water weight as I already said. Fat loss is ***endent on diet and cardio.

I'm not dumb man. I understood your reply.
My question , after reading your post, was :
OK! I WILL HAVE WATER WEIGHT! is it GOOD weight ? (muscle) or is it bad weight ? (fat)

??? Neither, it's WATER weight. As in, your body will carry MORE water.

  18. #18
I just want to ask you a quick question concerning the reply you posted .
You said that I will have more water weight ... And you said that it means that I will have more water in my body...
But where is this water will be stored for god's sake????? It wont be in my stomach, im sure...
Will it be stored in my muscles? body fat ? organs?
That's what I want to understand.

  19. #19
Your body is made up mostly of water, its all over, and thus you'll add water all over.

Okay, you broke up with your girlfriend. You're not the only one in history. There's millions of women around, go get a new one. If you think your life is crap then change it for the better instead of turning to drugs and wallowing around in self-pity.

Oh my god this is the dumbest post ever. For one creatine and a protien shake every day will not make you retain muscle while losing weight. Also by not eating and lifting will most likely make you pull and or tear muscles. I stopped eating very much the last time I tried cutting down my weight and I pulled a muscle in my back puting me out of comission for almost a month and I got lucky to not tear a muscle. Dont be stupid which is what you are being. Any one who knows anything about dieting knows that if you eat several small meals a day you will raise you metabolism and thus lose weight. That combined with cardio and exercise will make you really lose weight. And when I say several small meals IE 5-6 meals, I dont mean potato chips and cheese burgers I mean chicken oats veggies etc. If you want to try your way then go ahead but you will lose in the end, crash diets ALWAYS fail, I am living proof. I am not a diet expert but when I read this post......well get real dude seriously.

you probably have little to no muscle as it is if your considering a "starvation" diet.. so if muscle loss is not a problem, run a strict keto diet til you reach your goal (atleast 30 days than start carb cycling).. your body will hold as much fat as possible on a starvation diet so a keto diet will not only be healthier for you then starving yourself but itll work faster too! Also a.m cardio on an empty stomach 5-7 times a week, as well as light cardio PWO is a must.. NOW MAN UP, GET OVER THAT SILLY BITCH, AND GET IN SHAPE FOR YOURSELFNOT HER!!.

BTW your electronic scale is WRONG... go get a accurate measurement.

If you want to loose weight your just going to have to eat PROPERLY and excercise with lots of cardio. Using starvation is just stupid, your metabolism will pretty much go to a crawl. Not to mention have no energy and be very unhealthy. Also why would you want to do creatine when it seams like the only thing you care about is loosing weight. How do you think your going to have energy to do all this cardio and train like an animal when you are not eating??????

I'm starting to suspect that you might be somebody who does know about safe diets, but is just doing this as a joke. If that's the case: too much free time.

    But if you're not joking:

Just in case you doubt the good advice in this thread, thought I would weigh in as somebody who has been on something like the dietary plan you have suggested.

I can be a very, very slow learner in some ways. Not proud of having done this at all.

Here is what happened to me:

    - body feels like it is quitting entirely sometime within first or second day
    - mind adopts a sort of dull, brain dead quality within same time frame
    - human interactions all suffer, people find me distant, vacant, lifeless
    - doing ordinary tasks of life, work, school, reading becomes very difficult
    - physical pain and aches in back, shoulders, eventually all over
    - pretty much no way you can stay on this for more than a few days
    - it is true your bodyweight would fall, would lose some bodyfat, but that is useless because you want long term results and this is something you cant do for more than a few days

When you say your body can handle a month or maybe two weeks of this, you might not die, but I think you will feel like you have, and unless you have some sort of superhuman mental determination you would wisely quit this diet. Or you would pass out and somebody would put some carbohydrates into your system at the hospital, violating the diet plan.

The creatine would be a waste of money because your muscles will not really recover from any workouts anyway, there is no chance to be recovering even better than before, if you are not recovering at all. At least that is my reasoning.

Personally I would quit the stimulants.

What I would recommend is kinda like the sticky cutting thread on this board, except for a few things. I dont think you need as much protein or food in general as it says. I do not think a high calorie insulin spiking meal after workout is as essential as it says. I don't do insulin spikes at all any more. I don't think cheat meals are essential like it says. I don't plan for them at all.

Doing cardio daily or almost daily is good. Not trying to take the carb intake super low is good. Complex, low glycemic carbs are good. Spreading out food intake into 6 or more feedings per day is good. Some protein at each feeding is good. Some weight training, appropriate to your training experience is good in addition to the cardio. So I'd pretty much do that stuff, measure progress numerically and visually, and then tweak the amounts of food as you go so that bodyfat goes down gradually. There's a lot of other good advice and options I'm sure you can pick up by reading the threads here, others know more than I do.

Sorry to be long-winded, but as I have personal experience, just thought I'd try to be helpful.
