Im not going to post my full diet because im not worried about that. What i am worried about are the supplements i take along with my diet. at the moment i am taking:

- Creatine (Kre-Alkalyn)
- Glutamine - 10 grams
- Ephedrine - 1 hour before workout
- 0mega 3 Fatty Acids
- Flax Seed Oil
- Branch Chain Amino Acids
- Calcium
- Multi

But i would like to know what other supplements i should be taking along with these. I used to take taurine also but i finished that and got lazy and never bought it again. Advise would be much appreciated. THANKS
