    chicken and brocolli

out of curiosity if anyone knows, Is chinese chicken and brocolli a bad thing to eat while cutting? I looked it up on this website www.dailyplate.com and it said that it was mostly protein and carbs from the veggies. I know the sodium is bad but will it really effect my diet?

    heres a meal i have 3 times a day.

    1 chicken breast
    1 cup brown rice (uncooked)
1/2 cup low sodium tomoato juice. (as much sodium as 1/4 tsp of salt)
    1/2 cup broc
water or skim milk to drink

no other added flavors, salts, seasoning.

this isnt a bad tasting meal, not nearly as good as a good 4 star chinese restaurant but people would only call my meal bad cuz humans are generally spoiled when it comes to food and dont eat things "plain"

try it you'll get used to it
