    Cutting Diet

Alright so ive been on this diet for 11 days so far and have lost 9 lbs, which I know its a little fast but I think its my bodies natural reaction to the diet at first. Currently I am 6'4 243 down from 252 not sure about my BF I think its around 14%. Which is accomplishment for me considering 3 years ago I was 310 lbs overweight. This is the second time ive cut, and learned a lot from the last time. So here my current diet

9:00 AM- MORNING CARDIO USUALLY 30-40 MIN 4-5 TIMES A WEEK
10:00 AM- 10 EGG WHITES AND ONE CUP OF OATMEAL(PLAIN)
    3 SLICES OF TURKEY BACON
2:00 PM- ABOUT A 1/2 POUND OF GROUND TURKEY AND GREEN
    VEGETABLE
4:00 PM- MORE TURKEY AND GREEN VEGGIE
6:00 PM- ONCE AGAIN LEAN PROTEIN AND VEGGIE
    8:00 PM- SAME
    10:00 PM- 6 MORE EGGWHITES

RIGHT NOW I AM NOT DOING AND SHAKES, TRYING THE DIET WITHOUT THEM. I THINK MY GOAL WEIGHT IS GOING TO BE AROUND 215-220. ANYONE HAS ANYTHING BETTER TO ADD IN PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADD.

ya ur right, i think it is more of a natural reaction to ur new diet. im alot smaller but when i started to cut i lost bout 8 lbs in like 2 weeks but it was more like my body was just holding alot of water before from the extra amount of food i had been eating and shit for that matter. diet looks good , maybe add some flax in there for EFA's

You're just shooting in the dark because you have no idea how many calories you're taking in per day let alone your protein/carb/fat count.

Figure that out and then maybe we can help.
