Flax Oil vs. Fish Oil
This question might seem like splitting hairs, but since it's a choice I'm sure many of you are forced to make, might as well ask.
If I can buy capsules of either flax oil or fish oil, are there any good reasons to prefer one over the other?
And why?
Assume they're about the same price.
Recently I've been buying flax capsules, but only because fish is something I sometimes eat as a protein source. I figure, I'm already getting at least some of whatever is special in fish oil. Anyone think this is a good or bad reason to prefer flax?

vitamins are meant to fullfill what you arent getting from your regular diet so only logically if you are getting some ***** 3 fatty acids from fish that you eat and you are eating nothing that contains flax seed oil then you should buy flax oil over fish oil.BOOM!

They are both beneficial.
Flaxseed Oil is always a supplement for me.
