Boring diet but clean diet and happy with - Opinions on tweaks?

Opinions from the experienced bros if possible.

    Stats:

    170lbs
Under 10% b/f (not sure exact percentage right now)
    5' 9"
    21

    Meal 1:

    2 cups of oatmeal
    10 eggs whites, 1 yolk

    Meal 2:

    1 cup of brown rice
6-7oz (pre-cooked measurements) of skinless chicken breast.
    brocolli
    1 tbsp flaxseed oil

    Meal 3:

    2 cups brown rice
    4 egg whites, 1 yolk
    Tuna
    Mixed veg

    Meal 4:

    1 cup brown rice
    Tuna
    broccoli
    1 tbsp flaxseed oil

    Meal 5:

    1 cup brown rice
    Tuna
    4 egg whites
    Mixed veg.

    Meal 6:

    10 egg whites, 1 yolk

Healthy option salad dressing is used on every meal. I use tuna in three of the meals for convenience and because it's a cheap but effective option.

I've just finished my first cycle - Test E 500mg/wk for 10 weeks - and gained 20lbs. For my next cycle, three month from now, I will substitute the tuna for either beef or chicken. I feel although I finished with good gains, I could of maybe gained more if I had used more quality sources of protein, i.e. heavy meats and steak.

But lesson learnt and hopefully next will be even better.

The only thing I'd say is that's an awful lot of tuna in your diet. There is another post on this board somewhere about the possible drawbacks to eating too much tuna. (Mercury levels, etc.) They make canned precooked grilled chicken as well, but I'm not sure as to its nutrient info. Most of your meals contain rice which is a good source of carbs for preworkout, just make sure you workout after one of your meals with plenty of carbs.

I agree. Replace at least one of those slots with tuna for chicken breast or something of the like.
