    carb options

    started bulking diet 3 weeks ago and gained 6 pounds allready!!get innnn... yeah but im really finding it hard to eat 600g carbs a day infact i cant ive been hovering around 500, i get my carbs mainly from oats and potatoes, sweet potatoes usually, bananas etc but 600 gs is so much, question is what else can i eat to mix it up/break it down, maybe a couple of carb shakes i thought but i drink 3 whey shakes a day and rather prefer whole foods. i really need some ideas/meal plans, any help much appreciated!!!

    Why are you fixated on consuming 600g of carbs every day?

    i hav a fast metabolism, very fast, and thats what ive been advised to do, 100gs carbs with every meal 6 meals a day

    You'll have to eat more frequently-i.e. get more meals in- is all I can think of.

    I'm getting about 400-500 carbs per day right now...Seven or eight meals a day, in addition to a post workout nutrition and I am up there. I don't usually go as high as 100 per, though.
