    Messed Up

    Hi All,

It appears that i may of miscalculated the last few days. Although my BF% is decreasing my weight doesnt really seem to be altering.

The stats below show what I will be eating from now until 1pm.

Protein appears to be too high and carbs far too low.

I am sulking now lol Is there anything that actually is carbs and no Protein to bump it up a little?

Yet when i put the same foods eaten and going to eat upto 1pm I get different stats

What you mean? and good morning to you to

Dude if I have said something that doesn't make sense or even all of it then let me know as I am still new to this pal and still learning day by day, then you need to let me know as 'what the hell are you talking about?' really doesnt help me.

    But thanks anyway Bro.

Then why would you waste your time attempting to post a useful response?

If you're dropping bodyfat you're doing well. Keep it up and be consistent.

So although my protein intake is more than the recommended amount and the carb intake is less - is this ok? and not going to affect me down the line - I suppose if it does start to affect me i can then change can't I

    Thanks Bro

Odds are extra protein is going to be more beneficial than not. Yes, you can alter your macros later on and make adjustments, it is expected.

Keep it up - hard work pays off in the end my friend.

Cardio on an empty stomach every morning for 45 min - 1 hour. You will drop bodyfat fast.
