This may sound like a stupid question, but I've got my diet mostly completed. I created a spreadsheet so I can plug in items and change my days around so I don't get sick of the same foods. I'm lean pretty much all over my body except a small amount of fat around my stomach.
Anyway my question is this:
If I increase my calorie intake to gain lean muscle weight, will it still be possible to burn that fat from around my belly if I am doing the right amount of cardio?
I know there is a difference between bulking and cutting, but I'm not really needing to cut since I only have a small amount of fat in the one area. Plus the diet I have constructed (following the educational resources on this board) seems to be a pretty lean, protein rich diet.
Thanks for the input all!
