I posted diet in for my mate the other day but didnt put the marcos he's worked it out the best that he can and sent me it all to put in on here. Thisis what he said-
I just worked out a diet my aim is to bulk up but keep in shape. Ive tried to keep it as cheap as possible as my misses is due in 5 weeks.
My status is Height-6'2 Weight-194lbs Bf-13-15% Age-18
Meal 1 9.00 150g oats, 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites
Carbs-90.6 pro-51.5 cal-828
Meal2 12.00 200g fish fillets, 150g brown rice
Carbs-110 pro-50 cal-695
Meal 3 3.00 200g chicken, 500g potatoe
Carbs-80.6 pro-49.4 cal-570
Meal 4 6.00 200g fish fillets, brown pasta
Carbs-62.5 pro-48.1 cal-482
Meal 5 9.00 100g chicken, 1 scoop whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter
Carbs-10 pro-52 cal-400
Meal 6 10.30 200g cottage cheese
Carbs-6.8 pro-28.6 cal-170
I will be trainig at 4.30 and straight after that i will have a protein shake. If ive made any mistakes let me know and do you think theres to much protein in the diet.
