    Salmon $$$ !

Damn, salmon is expensive. I just bought a 2.34Lbs piece for $14.76
This is about 7 bucks per lb!
What is so special about this meat? It's not gold.. so wtf?

Not that bad really when you break it down per meal.
Think you average 4$/lb of meat you eat throughout the day, that's 2$ for each 8oz.

You're only spending approx 3-5$ at the very most for each meal. I can eat 6-7meals/day for under 30$/day where most ppl spend that at one restaurant.

True that. I think it just seems like its expensive, comparing to other foods. Plus I eat it only once a day, before bed.
Today is the first day of my diet. Eating all day hah. I got up at 7 this morning and started grilling sweet potatoes, chicken, cooking beans. Hah, big action going on.
Oh, speaking of sweet potatoes. Does it matter Red or Yellow? Or both are fine?

hell yea bro.. get busy.. cook all your shit on like sunday for a few days so you can just stick it in the freezer or tubberware and then take it with you..

If you don't make it easy, you won't follow it consistantly.

Just become buddies with the butcher or fishshop owner and it will be cheaper. I have a seafood shop by me that gets fresh seafood in twice a week. I go a day or two after they get it in and they're always trying to sell it for a good price before it's too late.

funny thing, i work in a butchershop and a seafood shop =) i can't really change the prices in the meat ***t, well actually i guess i could but i could get caught easier doing that but in seafood it's so damn easy i can price anything for whatever i want and never get caught, but ofcourse that's stealing but i am great buds with the seafood manager, i always cover her ass when she pisses off her parttimer so i close the shop down occasionally, so i will get the expensive local fluke and she will price it as the previously frozen shitty flounder
