    Mass Cooking

Okay, I understand what I need to eat and buy, but how do you guys cook all the major stuff in bulk with the least amount of time... I'm talking, chicken, steak, fish, eggs, rice, pasta, etc... What's the best way to cook items like this up in bulk, with the least amount of time???

I cook pasta, eggs and rice early in the morning so I can reheat it later and with the chicken breast I cook my entire weeks worth on sunday and put them in sandwich bags in the freezer. That way I just grab a bag put and put the chicken in the microwave for minute or two.

Yeah with the weather this nice I barbecue all my meat (plain however) on sunday, then bag it and refrigerate it. Rice stays in the crock pot I make it in. Egg's I hardboil them and put them in a big bowl in the fridge.
