Question about maximizing water/fat loss for next weekends boating event!

    Well folks, quick diet question!

There is an annual boating party next weekend that involves lots of alchohol and skin! I have a fairly decent amount of post cycle fat around my belly, not a ton.. but its left me with a 2 to 2.5 pack =P

Im gonna try to do what I can all week long to shed what I can and dropping carbs is common knowledge so thats what I plan to do, up my cardio from EoD to daily and cut out most if not all carbs. Problem is, living off of chicken breast, egg whites, and tuna for 7 days will get pretty plain. Anything else anyone can recommend that is low to no carbs in the veggie ***artment perhaps? Green veggies still carb ridden? Any other tricks of the trade for losing max fat/water in a short time?

    TY TY!

Eat the piss out of greens, you don't count them for carbs due to the fibre content. Do cardio ED on an empty stomach in the AM and if you do weights later on at night maybe 20-30 min. pwo. Drink ALOT of water as well.

yea i do my cardio in the AM on an empty stomach and I lift after work around 6pm. Drinking alot of water *check. That'll be that then, I just wanted to make sure I wasnt overlooking any tricks of the trade other than completely cutting carbs (minus greens if theyre ok)
