i go to the gym for 1 hour to 1:30 i started doing cardio after for 30-45 min
so my question is should i bring a protein shake and down it before my cardio or just eat when i get home

i do cardio pwo.. but i lift for like 30min sometimes 40min MOST then 20min cardio afterwards then eat meal 10min after cardio.. works PERFECT FOR ME
i would never EVER lift over 45min unless i do PL'n or Strong man training
for bb'n purposes gotta keep it short/sweet
ya i was just eating after but i read on alot of boards about eat as soon as you can right after
IMO BCAA's are ok to take precardio and then a Prot/Carb mixture immediately after.
