Bodyfat
Is there a way to convert percentage of bodyfat into pounds?,what im getting at is if im 17% body fat and want to drop to 12% is there any way of knowing how many pounds of fat i would have to lose to be 12%? or is that not possible?.

and even after knowing your weight, there is NO WAY anyone can lose JUST fat. we can give you a number, BUT you will lose some muscle while cutting as well

Well then at the moment your lean mass is 166lbs and you have 34lbs of fat, if you could burn fat exclusively and not lose any muscle (highly unlikely as my esteemed colleague has pointed out) you would need to lose 11.4lbs of fat.
