Egg Whites As main protein source..

I'm dieting at the moment so using a low carb diet

Appetite isnt very good at all so im using liquid pasteurized egg whites as my main protein source

Any reason again this? Im having about 66 egg whites (2l Liq egg whites) per day giving approx 200g protein, get another 150g protein from chicken breast and cottage cheese

Any problem in drinking so many egg whites?

400-500ml LEW, 200ml milk, milk shake powder/protein powder and you can not taste the egg whites!

They have no taste or odour. They are perfect for me, cutting or bulking.

As your UK based.. I get mine from myprotein, They do not need to be kept in a fridge, until opened, also, unlike all other LEW companys they use a patented treatment which means you can store the bottles at room temp for up to 6 months. So convenient

eggs as a main source of protein is okay in my book (although i prefer a variety of sources) BUT watch out for the flatulence .... it's a real silent killer

the only problem i see is perhaps preservatives that might be used, not sure however something to look at though. Ideally, you want to diversify your protien sources for optimal gains, ur protien looks fine though.
