    Had a ? about pwo& ppwo meals.Say you supposed to eat 3,000 cals a day
    & these 2 meals r included,what do u do the days u dont workout,do u cut
    calories due to not eating the meals on off days,im confused,or do u still eat at those same tyms just diffent carbs n protein...

    just leave the shakes out mate. No WO that day = less cals needed + it is an easy way to carb cycle.

    Just divide the total calories equally over the number of meals you usually have, I usually have 6 meals each arround 250~300 cals.
