    Fatty Fat Fat me

    Ok, here is my planned cutting diet, let me know where i should have adjustments,i am carb sensitive(they make me feel bloated and lazy) so i try to have as little as possible. I feel good about this, but if im wrong, let me know. plz
    Meal for pre-workout 6 oz Chicken, 1/4 Cup Grits
    Meal Totals cal 411 prt56 carb29 fat7.6

    Meal for post-post workout 6 oz chicken, 5 oz Sweet Tater

    First Meal Scoop Immediatly upon awakening
