Hey bros I have a question. Could you subsitute pumpernickel bread for whole wheat bread in your diet. Pumpernickel is lower on the GI scale and not too far off from wheat Bread on the Macros....

So basically Pumpernickel has less cals, carbs, fat, sugars and is close in protein and the Fiber doesnt make up the 5 carb difference if you talking about net carbs......Just wondering if there is a reason Wheat Bread is used so much more?
