    Myoplex

    Alot busier at work and home, what do you guys think of Myoplex for a meal replacement during the day. Everything on it looks really good, just wanted another opinion.

    It's pretty good, but the only problem is that it does get digested quicker than wholefoods and you'll get hungry again in about 2 hours or so.
