Fruit facts! True or False?
Canteloupe can help you get a flat stomach?!
AND !!
If you eat 3 slices of bacon, and im talkin about 3 minimum small thing slices microwaved of bacon with some grapefruit, it will actually help you burn body fat while you sleep?
reason being, with the acidity in the grapefruit, by addind a small amount of bacon, it will then dissolve and break down the bacon fat and then move on to your body fat and help it dissolve/burn it too?
so yea, these are the 2 facts i know, and some girl told me about them and said they work!!
what do you guys think?
and also do you guys have any good fruit facts to add as well?

I don't have my clients eat any fruit. I don't think it's great nutritionally...fake fruit looks good sitting in a bowl, on a table or a painting, but that's as useful as it gets.
Actually, I like my fruit like I like my tits...big, fake, and with no nutritional value at all.

weird thread.
fruits can have a place in most any diet...berries- high in fibre (oftentimes, more fibre than fructose), low in kcals, chalk full of antioxidants, and lower GI than oats/sweet taters/and others....As with anything, if it fits into one's daily kcal & macronutrient needs they can be part of a solid, healthy diet.

While it doesnt seem to warrant alot of effort from body builders, you should still eat 5-7 servings of fruit and vegetable a day, and in my opinion that should be different servings, varied over a two week period...

What, first veggie burgers and now this bacon/grapefruit gimmick? From all or most of your diet posts, I think you're looking for way too many shortcuts and loopholes... wake up and smell the coffee bro! There aint no shortcuts/loopholes in dieting....
GI stands for glycemic index... and measures how fast your blood sugar/insulin spikes in response to food
macronutrients are the fat/carb/protein/kcal breakdown of every meal/food item you consume thru the day.
you need to do a lot of research and unlearn alot of useless dieting info you have swimming up in there buddy
cheers

Oh and BTW only you could turn a question about fruit into an argument about peptide companies. You need to chill out.

Agreed. I don't understand that comment as well. Many kinds of fruit have great nutritional profiles.
