im worried that im not consuming enought food but i dont want to overeat if possible everyday i eat 2 bags of tuna 50g protein 3 40g protein shakes 6-8 cups of bran or fiber ceral and then for dinner usually whatever my girlfreind maked steak, lazanga, casserole ,meatloaf , you think im getting enough macronutrients and calories im currently on cycle 500mg/test. any comments would be greatly appreciated
