    Cutting diet w/macros, also Q's on Nolvadex/Metformin

    Stats: 20 y/o, 6'0, 190, 20%BF, all natural

    ECA stack: 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, no aspirin taken everyday one time upon waking.

    Shooting for single digit bodyfat, hopefully within 12-15 weeks.

    5:30AM Cardio 75 minutes, 70-75% THR walk

    On a side note:
    - I was going to consider taking 20mg of Nolvadex everyday also, anyone think this is a good or bad idea?

    - Was also going to consider taking around 250mg of Metformin with every meal... anyone think this is a good or bad idea?

    Maybe I threw to much information in this thread and its overwhelming? Forget the additional questions, could I just get a diet critic please.

    what are you using nolva for? if it's your pct don't do a cycle

    - an anti e wont help you lose fat so dont bothetr

    - put the aspirin back in ECA, low dose, like 25 mg

    - diet doedn't llok and, no time to get into it now sorry, ims sure some of the bros willt week it for ya, loks like you gave it some thought

    Calories seem low to me and too much cardio. I would up the calories a bit at first to make sure you dont lose weight too fast. Shoot for 1-3 lbs per week. Keep the cardio around 45-60 mins no more.

    I would recommend eating carbs for breakfast, Pre WO (Up to you), PWO and PPWO. Add more green veggies (Broccoli is great) to slow digestion and keep insulin levels low. The only protein shake i would take would be PWO with some type of Complex carbs (Dextrose works great IMO) to restore muscle glycogen.

    Oh and i would also lose the wheat bread if you trying to get to single digits. Oats, Yams and Brown Rice would be better choices due to slower digestion which causes a lower insulin spike. Especially if your not eating the bread as your PWO (Etiher way it is not the best choice IMO).
