    Questions On My Diet

    Alrite im not gonna list every meal becuase its all the same, egg whites, chicken breast, mixed veggies, brown rice, tuna, flax oil, oats, and protien shakes, i do not eat anything else throughout my day and i eat 6 meals 2 of them being shakes. OK heres my day totals

    Calories Fat Protein Carbs

    2564 88 313 131

    stats

    22 yrs old

    260 lbs

    6'3


    ok my question i guess is, is this enough to build mucsle and burn fat, im looking to lose BF and get leaner, and im on test c 500 mgs a wk and EQ 300mgs a wk

    i think you may need more calories than that. that seems REAL low to me.

    and you're on a gear so i would eat much more so you can grow and really take advantage of what you're taking. if you eat clean you will most likely lose bf imo. you can, and should, eat more.

    so increase each meal, like add in another 6oz of chicken breast making the total 12oz of chicken breast per meal, dbl the tuna, eat more eggwhites...etc

    Seems below your maintenance to me. I'm 6'3 and 230, my maintenance is around 3100!

    yea i wasnt too sure exactly how much i should eat, i basically copped the how to cut diet here we have on sticky, but going by what you guys are saying becuase of my size im gonna need to dbl my meals.

    ok i just did up my macros actually if i just dbl my chicken breat intake i increase my macros alot. 3 meals out of my day are chicken breast scoop of brown rice and a scoop or mixed veggies. But if i up my chicken breast from 6 0z to 12 oz each of those three meals my macros become this

    Calories Fat Protien Carbs

    3914 127 475 147

    From that your carbs seem pretty low to me, but i guess your getting your energy sources from the 127 grams of fat? and i think you can get away with a bit less protein... you said your 260, but how much bodyfat do you carry?

    not sure im guessing between 13-17% i need to get it done at the gym

    all i got it my camera phone to take pics and they dont come out to good

    yea te protien shot way up when i dbled my chicken breast intake, which i did to up the calories
