    my daily food intake

    This is wot eat everyday.
    Breakfast.large bowl of oats, Sometimes i put egg whites in my whey protein shake=

    Break in work.2 tuna sandwiches or chicken sandwiches with brown bread packet of crisps a piece of fruit a yogurt.

    Lunch chicken curry with boiled rice. or the same as above.

    protien shake
    Train
    protien shake

    Dinner a piece of steak or piece of salmon or chicken breast with jacket potato salad or veg. bowl of pineapples or a bowl of icecream

    jacket potato and a tin of tuna. or mackeral sandwich

    before bed protien shake
    im trying to bulk wot do you think of my daily intake.

    protien roughly 330 grames
    cant workout my cal or my carbs sorry guys, is this a good or bad diet
