my daily food intake
This is wot eat everyday.
Breakfast.large bowl of oats, Sometimes i put egg whites in my whey protein shake=
Break in work.2 tuna sandwiches or chicken sandwiches with brown bread packet of crisps a piece of fruit a yogurt.
Lunch chicken curry with boiled rice. or the same as above.
protien shake
Train
protien shake
Dinner a piece of steak or piece of salmon or chicken breast with jacket potato salad or veg. bowl of pineapples or a bowl of icecream
jacket potato and a tin of tuna. or mackeral sandwich
before bed protien shake
im trying to bulk wot do you think of my daily intake.
protien roughly 330 grames

cheers i will, them protien shakes i starting to get on my nerves.

100 grams of carbs with every meal and about 40 grams protein, go on nutritioncounter.com and refine it youll find it gets easier
