    Bulking Diet

    Here is my bulking diet, tried to read up as much as possible, point out any flaws =D

    830AM
    12 egg whites
    1 cup of Oats

    11AM
    6oz Chicken Breast
    Cup of Pasta

    2PM
    8oz Chicken Breast
    Cup of Brown Rice

    530PM
    1/2 Cup of Oats
    Shake (500 cal / 45g protein)

    Workout

    PWO 7PM
    Shake
    Banana

    10PM
    6oz Steak
    Brocolli

    I am thinking of eating the 830AM meal again before bed at about 1130, but am not sure. I have the exact macros at home but my keyboard broke =(. They were roughly 3500, 225g. I drink water with every meal, about 4-5L a day.

    I like your diet but i would have a pwo meal sooner then 10pm... maybe an hour... hour n half after pwo shake... maybe have some casein or cottage cheese before u sleep...overall it looks gud
