Need to change up diet?
I'm currently on week 4 of Test E/Winny/Clen . Thus far I have gained 7-9 pounds ***ending on when I weight, and have lost right around 4 inches from my waist. My current diet thus far has been:
MEAL 1
2 packets oatmeal
1 scoop protein
MEAL 2
1/2 cup mixed nuts
MEAL 3
1 can tuna
2 slices wheat bread
PWO
2 scoops protein
1/3 cup Dextrose
PPWO
1 large chicken breast
Brown rice (between 50-60g of carbs)
BEFORE BED
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 table spoon flax oil
1 scoop protein
I haven't sat down and ran all the numbers really but it is somewhere between 2000-2300 calories. The thing is that I know this seems really low, and I could probably fit at least one more meal in, but I've been getting such great results I don't know whether or not to mess with it.

Right off the bat, if it comes in a "packet", don't eat it.
BTW, gaining or losing, your diet looks boring dude. You gotta look forward to food, even if it isn't enough.

trying to cut up bro. Like I said the diet has been effective thus far. Gained 7lbs. with 4 inches lost in the waist line. I just don't know if it is AS effective as other options. My guess would be not. I'm just extremely limited with what and when I can eat at school. And you're right...gets boring.
