I love salads, prob. is i dont know if its a cheat meal, we have a "Salad Factory" close to our house, i usually eat their 3x's a week, full meal. Huge portion of lettuce, ham, cheese, green olives, brochli, eggs, cucumbers, baconbits, croutons, and ranch dressing, im a 50/mg dailiy Dbol and 500mg twice a week Tess E. My diet is pretty good except for this, and im not sure its really bad. Little advice pls.
