How many calories is too many calories to be burning??? I want to get rid of some extra fat that I have in the mid section. You know those lil love handles that stop you from getting that V shape and some back fat aswell. Anyway, I try and stay at a 2500 calorie intake. I do cardio every day except for Sats. I burn from 750 to 900 calories on Cardio when I go to the gym. Now I want to know if thats healthy or is that too much or not enough. Or if I'm taking in too many calories or not enough calories. I just want to look good naked, I'm not gonna lie. Thanks!
