How many calories??
How many calories is too many calories to be burning??? I want to get rid of some extra fat that I have in the mid section. You know those lil love handles that stop you from getting that V shape and some back fat aswell. Anyway, I try and stay at a 2500 calorie intake. I do cardio every day except for Sats. I burn from 750 to 900 calories on Cardio when I go to the gym. Now I want to know if thats healthy or is that too much or not enough. Or if I'm taking in too many calories or not enough calories. I just want to look good naked, I'm not gonna lie. Thanks!

It all depends on your diet, stats and training. Know your maintenance calories, deduct around 500cals to start and decrease as necessary. Aim to lose 1-2 lbs per week.
